The ORW LP in Bedon Internet shop is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, with the exception of planned technical interruptions or due to unforeseen circumstances.
1. We guarantee the correct functioning of this shop in version 6.0 of the Internet Explorer and version 2.0 of the Mozilla Firefox web browsers. The Adobe Flash Player program is required in order to view short clips of any film or play back any sound files. Access to an e-mail address is necessary in order to use the shop and submit orders.
2. The prices of all products in the Internet shop are quoted in the following currencies: EURO, USD, GBP, RUB. These prices are fixed, but in the event of any serious fluctuations, the current rates of exchange applied to prices shall be updated.
3. Customers submitting an order simultaneously order ORW LP in Bedon to prepare and deliver a mail order and thereby agree to bear the costs connected with the same.
4. Following their selection of products, customers should register, by quoting the data necessary for their order to be carried out. After adding products to the shopping basket and clicking on TO THE CHECK OUT DESK, customers will be automatically transferred to the appropriate page for filling in the registration form. Customers may also go straight to the REGISTRATION site and fill out the registration form located there. This form requires the customer to log in (using an identification tag selected by the customer) as well as a password. The system will remember this data and at the time of the next purchase one need only log on and enter the password, without the necessity of quoting this registration data again.
5. Registration is the equivalent to customers’ agreeing to their personal data being used by ORW LP in Bedon for the purpose of executing their order. Entering one’s e-mail address will be treated as our obtaining the customer’s agreement to ORW LP in Bedon sending the customer trade information.
7. After logging in to the Internet shop, customers are asked about their preferred form of dispatch and payment for goods.
8. Following the completion of the procedure for submitting an order in the Internet shop, customers are sent an e-mail confirming acceptance of their order. The information sent will include the total sum payable, comprising the value of the products purchased and the mailing costs.
9. An invoice is issued for every order. This sales document constitutes the basis for submitting any later complaints.
10. A VAT invoice is issued on the basis of the data entered by the customer in the order form. For its correct issue, customers need to provide the correct personal data, and in the case of companies and institutions, these must provide the correct data together with their NIP (VAT registration) number for international trading.
11. Customers may cancel orders by sending information about such a decision to ORW LP in Bedon. An order is automatically cancelled 14 days after its submission if payment for goods is not carried out within the above-mentioned deadline. The cancellation of an order is the equivalent of cancelling the agreement between ORW LP in Bedon and the customer for the performance of services electronically.
12. ORW LP in Bedon agrees to accept orders and dispatch products ordered by customers following authorization of the debit card quoted or on receipt of a prepayment for ordered products, but not later than within 7 calendars days. If an order is to be sent anywhere outside the European Union, it is dispatched after customs clearance in Poland, not later than 12 calendars days from receipt of the order.
13. Customers shall receive information sent to their e-mail address about the dispatch of ordered products.
14. If the mail order consignment does not contain the goods indicated in the order, or the delivered goods are different from those ordered or are damaged, customers are entitled to submit complaints. Complaints are submitted on the basis of the sales document. Customers are required to send the defective goods along with the sales document and the complaint to ORW LP in Bedon. The submitted complaint should cite the reason for the complaint and contain the customer’s data. Customers are informed in writing about the result of the investigation of their complaint within the deadline provided for by Polish law. 1. Forwarding costs are added to the value of every order.
2. The charge is calculated on the basis of the Polish Postal Service’s price-list, depending on the weight of the mail order consignment and the postal zone to which it is to be sent. The postal zones recognised by the Polish Postal Service are: Europe, North America and Africa, South and Central America, and Asia, Australia and Oceania. Customers may find a detailed list of charges for dispatching of goods in the FORWARDING COSTS section of our Internet shop.
3. We send all mail orders going abroad by priority recorded (registered) delivery.
4. Mail orders with a delivery address outside the European Union may be subject to supplementary customs charges as well as VAT tax on goods and services. We therefore ask customers before submitting an order which is to be sent outside the European Union to acquaint themselves with the customs regulations and amount of VAT tax on goods and services levied in their country.

2. Additional information when payment is made by debit card
The authorization of debit cards is carried out by a mediator in Internet payments: eCard S.A. - a Polish joint stock company registered on the Stock Market and supervised by the National Bank of Poland.
All transactions made in our shop are secure.
Authorization of a debit card (a check on the correctness of the card owner's data as well as the availability of the necessary funds) follows submission of the necessary data from a debit card on a specially secured form and the sending of the same via a safe bank link to the payments mediator. Following the positive result of the card authorization and acceptance of the transaction by ORW LP in Bedon, the sum of the order is debited from the customer’s account and the package with the ordered products and the sales document are sent to the address indicated in the order form.
1. Return of goods
Customers are entitled to return goods without giving any reason within 10 days of receiving a mail order (Polish law dated March 2nd 2000 concerning protection of certain consumers' rights (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271)). A condition governing acceptance of a returned item is the sending of information in writing about the date the mail order was received, this information to be signed by the customers in their own handwriting. Customers are also required to send to ORW LP in Bedon the product in its original, undamaged packaging together with the sales document. Returns are made at the customer’s expense.
Refunds are sent to the bank account indicated by the customer (one should quote the exact account number as well as the data and address of the account holder) within 3 calendars days of receipt of the goods returned. The amount due to the customer shall be reduced by the cost of a foreign bank transfer.

2. Changes in products offered and sales prices
The seller hereby informs customers that all modifications to prices or quantities of goods as offered by the Internet shop, and also the discontinuance of products from the range offered by the shop shall not concern orders that are in the course of execution or those orders that were submitted before the introduction of such changes.
